The children also made poppy's and some are displayed in our Pre-School windows, Miss Champion kindly brought in her father-in-laws medals for show and tell.

On Monday 31st October we had fun spooky fun, and we had a surprise visit from the Fire Brigade and we explored the fire engine.
On Tuesday 18th October Miss Clarke led a successful play dough demonstration which led to some very messy children, parents and staff.
On Friday 14th October, it was lovely to see so many families at our group story time. 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt',  was read by Mrs Williams and re-enacted by Mrs Cooper. We continued to read this book during our story time the following week and the children thoroughly enjoyed.

We have a new sand pit!

The children have enjoyed exploring in the new sand pit, they have been digging and building sand castles. Some children decided to take their shoes off and feel the sand between their toes, others like making shoe prints in slightly wet sand.
